I’ve had yet ANOTHER adventure in ann arbor. This time I met up with Meeshi and we went and kidnapped a friend of mine to use in some photos. We stopped first at one of the library branches and got some pretty nifty shots and then headed towards downtown to visit the spinning cube that will from now on me called the zombie cube because when it spins it sounds like there’s a very angry zombie inside. As we were shooting the zombie cube we heard huge shouts and screams and car horns blaring over a marching band. We headed in the direction of the sound and stumbled upon a huge crown of Obama supporters partying after the win. We snagged some shots and marveled at the chants and songs they sang and wondered if we missed the memo on the words cause they were tight!

Went adventuring with Meeshi today! Twas grand! Ann arbor is a generally busy and interesting city, lots of stuff happening that people don’t blink an eye at but surprisingly, you put two girls on the sidewalk with a camera and everybody has to ask questions. haha We had a few gawkers stop and ask if we’d take their pictures, we did, showed them how they couldn’t stand still long enough, had a laugh and went on. we danced with lights in front of churches and busy intersections, we monopolized many a sidewalk and in the end got some really great shots. we also had dinner at mongolian bbq and only paid for out sodas so our waiter got a huge tip. ^_^ all in all, great night.
anyhow, on to the photos. Just a warning, or maybe bragging rights, who knows…NONE of the photos have been edited or retouched in any way other than to frame and watermark them. end. and actually, Meeshi did the framing and watermarking cause her program is faster than me doing it by hand….What?! I’m lazy!
I may go play around later and upload them again but these are the raw images. they’re also not organized in any way. hehe, sorry

I had a fantastic little photo adventure last night with Meeshi. unfortunately it was late when we returned and I didn’t have much time today to do much editing so here’s what I have so far.

I’m currently sneaking in this post at work and plan on stopping by a 1-hour photo lab to get my 35mm shots onto discs so i can bring them home and play.
